About our festival

• _{Started at the end of 2019 as international nomadic festival.}
• _{The film should be no longer than 7 seconds.}
• _{No selection. No hierarchy. No official jury, but everyone with a prize is a jury.}
• _{Films can be made either by professionals or amateurs using any animation technic.}
• _{Premiere editions normally take place within the frames of the bigger 'real' festivals, forming together a kind of symbiosis. That is because we call our event microbe-festival. Screening with opening and closing ceremony takes around one hour. The festival runs 1- 3 times per year.}
• _{The idea is to give an opportunity to everyone to show their microfilm and to watch it together with an audience on a big screen.}
• _{There is no selection process, films that followed regulations and meet the law of the hosted country, will be shown on a big screen.}
